* You have 6y+ technical experience in backend development and building APIs
 * You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
 * You have good understanding of Docker, AWS and services around it
 * You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them
 * You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
 * You have strong management and leadership skills with a proven track of record in leading teams
 * You have experience with distributed teams as a plus

## Description

* You are Lead of a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for developing, testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product (70% management, 30% coding)
 * You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture
 * You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow
 * You ensure high-quality maintainable code with code reviews, CI/CD and agile development processes
 * You help in managing our cloud environments, including AWS and CI/CD
