* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden
 * Durchführung von Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekten
 * Technischer Support und Problemlösung für Microsoft 365-Dienste
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Systemaktualisierungen
 * Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
