 * Lösung von Tickets mit Hilfe unseres Incident- und Request- Management Systems

 * Anwenderberatung und stetige Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in der Applikation SAP HCM

 * Erstellung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Change-Konzepten

 * Spezifikation, Aufwandsindikation und Umsetzung von kundenindividuellen, fachlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Anforderungen

 * Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
