Join Lucanet's Technical Customer Operations team as a Junior Technical Service Engineer, supporting the delivery of seamless implementation experiences for our growing international customer base. You'll work with new customers navigating their transition to Lucanet, alongside a collaborative team that's invested in your growth., * Customer onboarding: Execute technical onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring smooth ERP integration, ETL processes, data transformations, and ongoing technical support of Lucanet solutions. * Implementation and administration: Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components, interfaces, and SQL databases, working with your team to ensure successful handover and customer acceptance. * Consulting and relationship management: Serve as a technical point of contact regarding Lucanet implementations and system integrations.
