## Description

* Betreuung von IT-Systemen im operativen Umfeld (Werkstatt und Verwaltung) im Rahmen des Onsite Supports
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (z. B. Verkabelung, Bedarfsaufnahmen, Erweiterungen)
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Netzwerkkomponenten (z. B. VLANs, IT- und OT-Assets)
 * Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Firewall-Anpassungen sowie Unterstützung bei Störungen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Fernwartungslösungen
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten auf Standort- und Unternehmensebene
 * Integration und Betreuung von technischen Endgeräten im Produktionsumfeld (z. B. externe Systeme)
 * Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen
