Ihre Aufgaben: Administration und Betreuung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk, Data Center und Workplace
Verwaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Services
Entwicklung von Standardservices und Bereitstellung im Self-Service-Portal
Übernahme des First-Level-Supports und Eskalation an Second-Level bei komplexen Störungen
Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnung
Umsetzung von Changes nach ITIL-Prozessen
Sicherstellung der IT-Servicequalität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen, Betriebsdokumentationen und Anleitungen in Deutsch und Englisch
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen mittels Diagnosesystemen und Systemliteratur
