 * Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Daten, Prozesse und deren Optimierung. Erfahrungen mit Reporting-Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau sind von Vorteil
 * Du kannst komplexe technische Themen verständlich vermitteln und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in Schulungen, Workshops oder Change-Projekten
 * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl

## Description

* Du analysierst Service- und Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst KI-Potenziale und entwickelst konkrete Anwendungsfälle für den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz
 * Du entwickelst und implementierst praxisnahe KI-Lösungen, von der Idee über Prototypen bis zur erfolgreichen Integration in den Arbeitsalltag
 * Du erstellst und optimierst KI-gestützte Workflows, Prompts und Automatisierungen mit modernen LLM-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Lösungen)
 * Du unterstützt intern beim Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag, führst Workshops durch und förderst den sicheren Umgang mit neuen Technologien
 * Du bewertest neue KI-Entwicklungen, misst den Erfolg deiner Lösungen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und entwickelst bestehende Anwendungen kontinuierlich weiter
