* Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und
Lifecycle-Management klinischer Anwendungen

 * Bewertung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von
Änderungen unter Berücksichtigung der
KIS-Landschaft und angrenzender Systeme

 * Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und
Servicequalität im klinischen 24/7-Betrieb, inkl.
Steuerung SLAs

 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen sowie
nachhaltige Verbesserung der Systemstabilität

 * Planung und Steuerung von Software-Releases,
Rollouts und Update-Prozessen

 * Dokumentation von Betriebswissen sowie
kontinuierliche Optimierung der klinischen
Systemlandschaft
