 * Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Microsoft 365 sowie Benutzer- und Zugriffsverwaltung
 * Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerk-, Telefonie- und Arbeitsplatzproblemen
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Lösungen und IT-Prozessen zur Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Wissensbasis
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern zur Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen
 * Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Aufgaben im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
