## Description

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden in IT-Fragen
 * Führen von IT-Projekten im Rahmen der Digitalisierung
 * Regelmäßige Korrespondenz mit der Geschäftsführung zur strategischen IT-Ausrichtung
 * Administration des Virtual Desktop Systems (Citrix) gemäß vereinbarter VDS Prozesse inkl. Release-, Patch-, Change- und Incident Management
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Betreuung des KIS-Systems / Telematik Infrastruktur
 * Administration innerhalb virtueller / physischer Serverinstallationen und der vorhandenen Hardware sowie der VOIP-Telefonanlage
