* Design System Development: Du entwickelst unser Figma-Design System in React-Komponenten um und entwickelst wiederverwendbare, typsichere UI-Komponenten
 * Architektur-Verantwortung: Du triffst Architektur-Entscheidungen für skalierbare Komponentenstrukturen und arbeitest eng mit unserer Senior UX/UI Designerin zusammen
 * Feature Development: Du baust bestehende Views mit neuem Design um und entwickelst neue Features parallel zum Redesign
 * Effiziente Umsetzung: Du setzt ähnliche Masken durch clevere Patterns effizient um und integrierst mit GraphQL Apollo Client und typsicheren Queries
 * Team Mentoring: Du leitest Junior-Entwickler an und unterstützt sie, führst Code Reviews durch und gibst Architektur-Guidance
