## Description

Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) bei Faszination GmbH in Köln sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams, das für die Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich ist. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie remote und unterstützen unsere Bemühungen, die höchsten Standards in der Computer- und Netzwerksicherheit zu gewährleisten. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

 * Verwaltung und Wartung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Server, Netzwerke und Endgeräte.
 * Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz sensibler Daten und Systeme.
 * Fehlerbehebung und Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen für interne Benutzer.
 * Planung und Durchführung von Software- und Hardware-Upgrades.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und IT-Richtlinien.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Optimierung der Systemleistung.
