 * Onsite-Support für IT-Arbeitsplätze und Endgeräte, inklusive Fehlerdiagnose und Problemlösung
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im IT-Umfeld
 * Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte
 * Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit IT-Teams und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
