 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Analyse von Anforderungen und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender
 * Monitoring der Systemperformance und proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
 * Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der IT-Applikationen im Unternehmen
