The Enterprise Services Site Integration Director is responsible for leading and growing the team spearheading the integration of Enterprise Services functions across Enterprise Information Services (EIS), Enterprise Protection, and Resilience (EPR), Facilities, Administrative Operations, and Corporate Communications to ensure efficient and seamless campus operations. Success ensures operational excellence in employee and customer experience when visiting the Aerospace campus. This role performs as the Enterprise Services central point of contact, facilitating collaboration amongst stakeholders, overseeing project coordination timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility inColorado Springs, CO. What You'll Be Doing Project Coordination & Integration: * Lead and supervise geographically distant team of project coordinators responsible for integration efforts across EIS, EPR, Facilities, and Corporate Communications for campus operations in support of corporate business line's needs, activities, and events. * Integrates and monitors diverse and, at times, complex project plans, timelines, and milestones to meet site readiness objectives. * Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure smooth implementation and transition processes. * Reports project progress, identifying and resolving issues as needed to middle, senior, and executive level management across Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) as well as the business and mission groups.
