## About the Role

* All educational and experiential credentials must be in a technical field directly relevant to this role, with all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees obtained from accredited institutions. The qualification requirements include:
 * A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED, or
 * A minimum of six (6) years of experience with an Associate's Degree, or
 * A minimum of four (4) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or
 * A minimum of two (2) years of experience with a Master's Degree, or
 * A Doctorate's Degree.

## Description

* Collaborate on software system installations or build procedures and scripts.
 * Normalize data into Common Information Models to seamlessly integrate with IT Service Intelligence Modules for Splunk.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues, including response times, integration problems, and data flow challenges.
 * Develop innovative Splunk applications utilizing technologies such as Splunk, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
 * Design and create software solutions by analyzing stakeholder requirements and engaging with users and system engineers.
 * Build custom dashboards tailored for executive-level stakeholders to provide critical insights into current and emerging threats.
 * Design and implement software solutions addressing complex problems.
