## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
 * 6+ years of experience performing engineering-focused responsibilities within large enterprise environments.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, JAMF Pro, Ivanti, and/or KACE.
 * Experience with endpoint security, patch management, passwordless authentication, SIEM/EDR integrations, compliance enforcement, and forensic collection processes.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain secure workstation images for Windows and macOS platforms, including VDI and remote access environments.
 * Engineer and manage endpoint configurations, compliance policies, and device lifecycle operations utilizing Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, JAMF Pro, Ivanti, and KACE.
 * Implement and oversee enterprise patch management initiatives, including deployment orchestration, validation, remediation, and rollback procedures.
 * Configure endpoint logging, monitoring, and telemetry forwarding to enterprise SIEM and EDR platforms while supporting audit and forensic readiness efforts.
 * Develop technical documentation, operational runbooks, remediation plans, findings reports, and validation reports in accordance with formal change management and security governance processes.
