Preferred Qualifications * Experience defining or refining user stories, acceptance criteria, or product requirements. * Background incorporating user research or customer feedback into quality decisions. * Familiarity with performance or load testing tools. * Experience building and executing automation frameworks from the ground up. ## Description Work arrangement: Hybrid, Monday through Thursday onsite Project duration: Through the EOY 2026, with the possibility of extension Position Overview Initech Global is seeking a meticulous, quality-focused Software QA Engineer for their client in Grand Rapids, Michigan to support end-to-end quality across customer-facing web and mobile applications.
