* 3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
 * Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
 * Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
 * Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
 * Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
 * A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
 * Design intuitive and polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of our Design System.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
 * Leverage AI tools and Claude Code as part of your daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerating product development.
