This position provides advanced Tier II/III technical support while assisting with the administration, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, end-user computing environments, and IT infrastructure. The Senior IT Support Specialist serves as a technical resource for employees across multiple offices, participates in enterprise technology projects, mentors junior IT staff, and collaborates with IT leadership to improve operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and the overall employee technology experience. Technical Support * Provide advanced Tier II/III technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, CAD plotters, phone systems, and related technologies. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues. * Support remote and onsite users across multiple office locations. * Escalate and collaborate on complex technical issues while maintaining ownership through resolution. Technology Deployments * Configure, image, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and associated hardware. * Coordinate equipment procurement, inventory management, asset tracking, shipping, and replacement schedules. * Assist with office expansions, relocations, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementations. * Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and support procedures.
