 * Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
 * Five or more years of clinical nursing experience
 * Three or more years of healthcare policy development, document control, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality, clinical operations, nursing leadership, or related experience
 * Strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills

## Description

* Build and lead the enterprise policy governance framework
 * Oversee policies, procedures, standing orders, scope of practice documents, clinical forms, consents, and documentation tools
 * Manage the enterprise policy library and document management system
 * Establish standards for document control, version management, approval workflows, publication, and archival
 * Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to develop and maintain governed documentation
 * Monitor regulatory changes, conduct governance audits, and support surveys and corrective action planning
 * Develop dashboards and reporting that improve policy review compliance and workflow performance
 * Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
