The successful candidate possesses a deep understanding of agile software development. Working with large enterprise clients to implement complex projects for some or all of: * Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, * Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, and protocols like MCP and A2A. * Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. * M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing. * Responsible AI via AI Risk Frameworks like: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10. Ideally, you'll also have * Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred · MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals · MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, We're interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the digital technology consulting space.
