 * Has intermediate experience with data cabling, such as fiber wiring and cat5/cat6 termination
 * Has pronounced attention to detail and good documentation skills
 * Approaches work with a proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused mindset
 * Owns a car with a valid driver's license
 * Is able to travel overnight and out-of-state for multiple days at a time, 1-4 times a month
 * Is capable of lifting 30lbs and climbing a ladder when necessary

## Description

* Work as part of a results-driven team to ensure daily success and client satisfaction
 * Handle, install, and maintain the diverse range of equipment we provide to clients: computers, laptops, kiosks, thin clients, and chrome devices
 * Mentor and coach junior technicians and contribute to their skill development
 * Lead and manage a team of field technicians through delegation and team coordination
 * Effectively identify and set work priorities adapting to the project needs
 * Be able to travel overnight and out-of-state for multiple days at a time, 1-4 times a month
 * Collaborate with in-house team members to resolve issues and deliver optimal solutions
 * Create documentation after completed onboardings
 * Provide assistance to other departments as needed
