Nice to Have Skills * Practical experience designing, integrating, or leveraging AI-assisted development tools and Generative AI capabilities within cloud platforms to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity. * Experience driving modernization initiatives and continuous improvement through automation and cross-functional innovation. Preferred Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 7+ years of overall IT/infrastructure experience. * 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience designing and managing AWS cloud services. * Proven experience in a customer-facing / consultative / high-touch advisory capacity. * Preferred: 4+ years architecting and managing production Kubernetes environments. * Preferred: 8+ years as a Linux Systems Administrator/Engineer. * Preferred: 6+ years collaborating as a bridge between software development and operations teams.
