## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to our customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

 - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person

 - Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues

 - Troubleshoot network connectivity problems

 - Assist customers with software installations and updates

 - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

 - Document customer interactions and resolutions

 - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

 - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
