This company builds an integrated SaaS platform that helps healthcare groups - including urgent cares and emergency departments - automate and optimize staffing operations: payroll, scheduling, credentialing, performance tracking, and AI-powered clinical documentation. In this role, you'll be customer-facing from day one, translating clinical and operational needs into shipped software. You'll work closely with customers on-site, travel frequently, and contribute across the full stack.
