The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide development teams, drive architectural decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. While experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, AWS/Cloud technologies, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft is preferred, expertise in any one specific technology is not mandatory. We are looking for a well-rounded technical leader with broad enterprise application experience., * 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership. * Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications. * Strong experience designing distributed, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions. * Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. * Experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforcing engineering standards. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Technical Experience Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following technologies: * Salesforce or other CRM platforms * AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform * MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms * REST APIs, Microservices, Event-driven Architecture * Java, .NET, Python, or similar enterprise technologies * SQL/NoSQL databases * CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams. * Experience in technical governance, architecture review boards, or technology strategy. * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus. * Salesforce, MuleSoft, or TOGAF certifications are desirable but not required. * Demonstrated experience or strong interest in architecting LLM-driven applications and agentic frameworks, with a clear understanding of how to operationalize AI within scalable, secure enterprise environments.
