This is a client-facing position, requiring excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to clients. You'll conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, training, and presentations while helping clients maximize the value of our platform.

 * Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills.
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
 * Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
 * Strong interest in AI, fintech, commercial real estate, and enterprise technology.

## Description

* Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial and property-level data.
 * Support underwriting, asset management, and portfolio reporting workflows.
 * Work directly with institutional clients to ensure successful platform adoption.
 * Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, user training, and client presentations.
 * Explain platform capabilities, AI-driven insights, and investment workflows in a clear and professional manner.
 * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform.
 * Help improve operational processes, documentation, and client success initiatives.
