* 1+ years of network support or help desk support experience required
 * Strong Windows 10 desktop support skills required
 * Must have or be willing to obtain your CompTIA Network+ (Net+) certification
 * Must be willing to work onsite, * help desk/network support: 1 year (Required)
 * Windows 10 setup and configuration: 1 year (Required)
 * Microsoft 365: 1 year (Required)
 * MSP: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

* Answer Help Desk phones and respond to support requests in a timely manner
 * Provide Level 1 remote and phone support for end users
 * Deliver Level 1 on-site support, including new hardware installations
 * Perform new device setup and migrate user data from old devices
 * Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, printers/scanners, and network connectivity issues
 * Assist with infrastructure implementations and day-to-day technical operations
 * Create and maintain accurate technical documentation with strong attention to detail
 * Participate in the on-call rotation and assist with after-hours emergency support as needed
