+ Drive Business Growth: Secure new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
 + Consultative Selling: Translate customer business objectives and IT strategies into clear, value-driven cloud propositions (covering Modern Workplace, Data & BI, and Apps & Infrastructure).
 + Technical Advisory: Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific client needs and usage scenarios.
 + Solution Architecture: Conduct technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals that detail architecture and pricing for cloud migrations.
 + Training & Leadership: Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions across the center to share subject matter expertise.
 + Performance: Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline growth, and operational metrics.
 + Continuous Learning: Deepen cloud knowledge through ongoing certifications and research into emerging computing trends.
