As a member of our global support organization, you will be collaborating with support colleagues worldwide in providing world-class technical support to all clients. You will work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively to meet sales and services goals. Your Impact: You will be responsible for delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners while working alongside a highly talented and collaborative global team. Your Day-To-Day: You will provide technical assistance to customers, investigate thoroughly the issues reported for PTC's products, and address questions related to guidance and general best practices.
