* a passion for and demonstrated experience in data and AI, especially in fields such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and data and AI governance.
 * strong interest in exploring challenges and opportunities in multinational firms.
 * a Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Management, or a related field.

 * contribute to the academic field of information systems by publishing articles in top-tier journals and presenting at prestigious international conferences.
 * support teaching activities, including supervising projects and Master theses.
