## Description

Als IT-Projektmanager (d/m/w) bei der Faszination GmbH in Geesthacht übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden. Ihre Fähigkeit, komplexe IT-Projekte zu leiten und Ihre Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern sind entscheidend für den Erfolg dieser Position.

 * Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen.
 * Koordination und Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams.
 * Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung.
 * Identifikation und Management von Risiken und Problemen während des Projektverlaufs.
 * Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele.
 * Implementierung von Best Practices im Projektmanagement.
