## Description

* Konfiguration, Wartung und Administration der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden im Microsoft-Server-Umfeld.
 * Mitwirkung im Team bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden, einschließlich Windows-Server, Public Cloud, OnPrem-Server, Rechenzentrums-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und Sicherheit, IP-Telefonie, M365 und mehr.
 * Implementierung modernster Technologien und Dienste für komplexe und hochverfügbare Server- und Netzwerkarchitekturen.
 * Fachliche Unterstützung bei Problemen auf Layer 8-Ebene.
 * Durchführung von Incident- und Problem-Management sowie Troubleshooting (2nd und 3rd-Level-Support).
 * Entwicklung neuer IT-Strategien und Managed-IT-Services für Client- und Serverumgebungen.
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben und Probleme.
 * Leitung und/oder Durchführung von (Teil-)Projekten in verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
