* Verwaltung und Wartung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur an zentralen und dezentralen Standorten mittels Management-Software (WLAN, Switche, NAC)
 * 2nd-Level-Support und Bearbeitung von Anfragen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Standortprojekten, sowohl im Team als auch eigenverantwortlich
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehlerdiagnose
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und der IT-Infrastruktur
