## Description

* Leite fachlich und organisatorisch das Team der Infrastruktur und fördere die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
 * Sorge für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der Systemlandschaft inklusive Collaboration- und Endpoint-Plattformen
 * Gestalte und setze die IT-Strategie zur Modernisierung und Skalierung technischer Plattformen um
 * Steuere und optimiere Prozesse des IT-Service-Managements wie Incident, Change und Problem
 * Koordiniere externe Dienstleister sowie Lieferanten und sichere Service Levels
 * Implementiere und überwache Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen
 * Unterstütze bei der Projektleitung von technischen Transformationsvorhaben und erstelle klare Projektdokumentationen, * Flexible Arbeitszeiten zur besseren Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben
