You will lead customer projects end-to-end, managing implementations with an agile mindset while ensuring high quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases. In this role, you will act as the central interface between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will conduct customer workshops and trainings, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and closely support implementation, testing, and rollout activities. Strong communication and change management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with global stakeholders and guide customers through complex transformation processes.
