## Description

Verstärke unser Team im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ) als Onsite IT-Techniker (w/m/d) in Ulm - mit Fokus auf IMAC-Tätigkeiten (Install, Move, Add, Change) und 1st-Level Support direkt beim Kunden vor Ort., * IMAC-Services - Installation, Umzüge, Änderungen und Austausch von Endgeräten (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker)

 * Onsite Support - Betreuung der Anwender:innen bei technischen Problemen vor Ort
 * Incident Management - Ticketbearbeitung nach Standardprozessen (Service Desk / L1)
 * Hardware Handling - Einrichtung und Test von Hardware-Komponenten, sowie deren Dokumentation
 * Dokumentation - Pflege der Tickets und Abläufe im Kunden-Ticketsystem
