* Betreuung von internen und externen Usern im 1st Level Support (Hard- und Software)
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von IT-Systemen und Infrastruktur
 * Technische Betreuung inkl. Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze und Verwaltung von Benutzerzugängen, Weiterentwicklung firmeneigener Softwarelösungen
 * Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und technischen Partnern
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner IT-Prozesse und Dokumentationen
 * Idealerweise Betreuung Website-Systeme
