 * Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and the JVM ecosystem.
 * Experience building REST APIs and distributed microservice architectures.
 * Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
 * Good understanding of application security, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
 * Experience with Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or messaging technologies (e.g., AMQP) is a plus.
 * Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, and reliability.
 * Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
 * Fluent English.
