## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines mehrköpfigen IT-Operations-Teams
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Steuerung der Bereiche Workplace, Server, Cloud Services und IT Operations
 * Sicherstellung eines effizienten IT-Supports für interne Anwender und moderne Arbeitsplatzumgebungen
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Service-Prozessen und Servicequalität anhand definierter KPIs
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Steuerung von Budgets, Verträgen und Lizenzthemen
 * Förderung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden unterschiedlicher Senioritätsstufen
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen und strategischen Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Sicherstellung von Compliance-, Security- und Betriebsanforderungen
