 * Fähigkeit, sich schnell in bestehende Systemlandschaften einzuarbeiten
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Prozesse
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

## Description

* Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme (insbesondere DocuWare, Combase Korona, Flour sowie eine Kunden-App)
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungen und Systemarchitekturen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Integrationen, Schnittstellen und Automatisierungen (z.B. über APIs, Datenbanken, Scripting)
 * Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie in projektspezifischen Umsetzungen
 * Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen und IT zur Sicherstellung praxisnaher Lösungen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Systembetriebs
 * Perspektivisch Aufbau einer technischen Projektrolle, die flexibel in unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekten eingesetzt werden kann
