* Unterstützung der Endanwender bei Fragen zu SAP-Rollen und Berechtigungen
 * Analyse von Berechtigungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung passender Lösungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Business-Rollen im SAP User Management Tool SUMa sowie Überwachung der Workflows
 * Unterstützung interner und externer Audits sowie Sicherstellung aktueller Auditoren-Accounts
 * Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von SAP-Berechtigungsprozessen
