You will be responsible for identifying complex business process improvement opportunities, designing robust automation architectures, and delivering scalable, sustainable, and high-impact automation solutions. This role places a strong emphasis on deep business process understanding, technical leadership, and end-to-end ownership of automation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating operational and strategic needs into effective automation solutions, while leveraging modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with business leaders, Solution Architects, senior IT stakeholders, and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with operational objectives, governance standards, and company strategy.
