 * Installieren, Konfigurieren und Warten von Arbeitsplätzen inklusive PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Durchführen des User- und Account-Managements insbesondere in Active Directory
 * Annehmen und Bearbeiten von Software- und Hardwarestörungen per E-Mail, Telefon und Ticketsystem Jira
 * Analysieren und Lösen von IT-Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Supportfällen per Telefon oder Remotezugriff mit TeamViewer
 * Dokumentieren von Lösungen und Mitwirken an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Supportprozessen
