 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Strukturen und Prozesse
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Überwachung von Netzwerk- und Serversystemen einschließlich Fehlerdiagnose und Performanceoptimierung
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Unterstützung bei der technischen Ausstattung neuer Standorte sowie bei Infrastruktur- und Modernisierungsprojekten
 * Bearbeitung komplexer Supportanfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Bereich sowie Unterstützung des First-Level-Supports
 * Betreuung und technische Integration ausgewählter Unternehmensanwendungen
