 * Administration, Überwachung und Fehleranalyse der Netzwerksysteme mit Fokus auf Cisco-Technologien
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an vielseitigen IT-Projekten, insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
 * Analyse, Lösung und Dokumentation komplexer IT-Probleme im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support
