* Knowledge of phonics-based curricula and assessments.
 * Master's Degree in Literacy Education or equivalent.
 * Experience facilitating literacy assessments for elementary-aged students in a classroom or 1:1 instructional setting.
 * Deep awareness of and sensitivity to children's individual learning challenges, styles, and intelligence.
 * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and consult with the DOE and classroom teachers.
 * Active enthusiasm for CMS' founding principles of People Care, Fair Share, and Earth Care.
 * Ability to work well and positively as part of a team, with basic computer skills and explicit knowledge of Google Suite.
