* Support customer projects from RFQ through design, quoting, BOM creation, and production documentation

 * Provide technical support to customers, distributors, production, and field service teams
 * Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for quotes and work orders
 * Assist with troubleshooting, product application support, and installation consulting
 * Support pre-sales efforts through technical proposals, product recommendations, and cost estimates
