Preferred Qualifications: * Proficient in Kotlin for modern Android application development. * Experienced with Jetpack Compose for building scalable, declarative Android UIs. * Knowledge of mobile design patterns and Android architectures (such as MVVM, MVI or similar), including clear module boundaries, API design, and scalable data models. * Track record of improving performance, reliability, and observability of Android features at scale using metrics, logging, and experimentation to guide decisions. * Experience contributing to or influencing mobile application technical design, including system design for feature areas, GraphQL API contracts with services, and low-level UI interaction design. * Demonstrated practice of operational excellence for mobile apps, including monitoring, alerting, on-call participation, and iterative improvements based on incident learnings. * Safely integrates and operates AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, with hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven tools in development workflows or mobile product features appropriate to this level, and familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to enhance mobile user experiences. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
